ChatScope (“App”) is operated by Who Analytics Dijital Hizmetler Ltd. Şti. (“Who Analytics”, “we”, “us”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What We Collect
- Account & subscription data: Authentication identifiers (e.g., Google sign‑in), subscription status and product information. Stored in Google Cloud Firestore.
- User‑generated chat data: The raw chats you import for analysis. By default these remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
- Generated reports: The analysis results and shareable report images/metadata produced by the App. Stored in Firestore so you can access them across sessions/devices.
- Usage & diagnostics: App events and crash/usage analytics collected via Firebase Analytics to improve stability and features (you can toggle analytics in Settings).
- Advertising data: Ad delivery and measurement signals from Google AdMob to serve and measure ads when enabled.
- Purchase data: Subscription status and related metadata processed via RevenueCat for billing and entitlements.
On‑Device vs Cloud AI Analysis
You can choose how analysis runs:
- On‑device analysis: Your chat content is processed locally on your device. We do not receive your chat content.
- Cloud analysis: If you select cloud analysis, the App securely sends the necessary chat content and statistics to our backend (Firebase Cloud Functions) to obtain AI‑generated insights. The backend may call OpenAI to process your request. We do not use your data to train models. Data is retained only as needed to provide the service and ensure reliability.
How We Use Data
- Provide core features (analysis, reports, history)
- Manage subscriptions and premium access
- Show optional ads and measure performance
- Improve stability, safety, and product experience
- Comply with legal obligations
Where Data Is Stored
- On device: Imported chats and certain preferences are stored locally (e.g., via secure local storage).
- Firestore: Profile, subscription status, and generated analysis results/reports are stored in Google Cloud Firestore.
Sharing & Recipients
- Google Firebase: Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, and related infrastructure.
- Google AdMob: Ad delivery/measurement for optional ads. You can limit ad tracking at the OS level.
- RevenueCat: Subscription management and entitlements.
- OpenAI: Only when you choose cloud analysis; used to generate insights from your submitted content.
- Service providers: Where needed to operate, secure, and support the App. We do not sell your personal data.
Your Choices & Rights
- Analytics: Toggle analytics collection in Settings.
- Ads: You can use the App with ads or subscribe for an ad‑free premium experience.
- Delete data: Use Settings → Delete All Data to remove local storage and request deletion of your account data in Firestore.
- Access/erase/rectify: Contact us to exercise privacy rights available in your region.
Children
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
International Transfers
We operate globally using cloud providers. Appropriate safeguards are used for cross‑border transfers where required by law.
Data Retention
Local chat data remains on your device until you delete it. Firestore data (profile, subscription, generated reports) is retained while your account is active and deleted upon request or when no longer necessary for the purposes described.
Changes
We may update this policy as the App evolves. We will post changes here and update the “Last updated” date.
